A Fulfilling Cape Town Experience
Visiting the Neighbourgoods Market was a dream come true for me, and I specifically chose the Garden Court for its great location near this vibrant spot. The hotel's amenities pleasantly surprised me, especially the daily breakfast and dinner buffets at the Harbour View restaurant. The meals were good, and the convenience of accessing nearby attractions, such as Table Mountain and the city centre, made our stay even better. The friendly service from staff also added warmth to our experience.
The bathroom cleanliness could have been improved, with some areas needing a quick wipe down.

Delightful breakfasts, the stay was very enjoyable!
I greatly enjoyed this modern and gorgeous place, stayed there for 7 nights. The staff were really friendly and helped with free parking. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electronic key card, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk inside the room. The food was appetising - plenty of options. The service was excellent.

I had such a lovely stay! The location is super convenient, just a short drive to UCT and the city center. The staff went above and beyond to help us out, and having interleading doors to my daughter's room was a nice touch. Plus, the hotel had loadshedding protection, so we didn’t have to worry about power outages – a real bonus!
I did find a few things that could be improved. The room I checked into could have been cleaner, and it really missed having a fridge. the dinner buffet was a bit disappointing and not worth the price. But overall, if you’re looking for a functional stay, it’s not too bad!

The location is great and the staff are friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast was enjoyable, although a bit repetitive. Some areas of the hotel show their age, but overall, the experience was pleasant, especially for a short stay. Would recommend with some minor caveats.

we had a fantastic stay at garden court. the welcome was warm, and the check-in process was smooth. our room was spacious and spotless, though the balcony door latch could use some attention. the food was good during both breakfast and dinner.

The dinner buffet was a total disaster—cheap meat that looked like it came from a can, and the so-called ribs were just bones with hardly any meat. At R195, I expected a lot more for my money!

the provided database of local attractions made it easy to plan my itinerary. I noted that my room was not available between 2 to 3 PM as previously requested, and I had to wait longer than expected for check-in.
I encountered some inconveniences, such as not being provided with towels for the entire day. Despite these issues, there was a lack of apology from the manager, which dampened the experience slightly.
